The location was great, not too far (by bike) from the center and the facilities. There were a lot of stairs, the shared bathroom was often occupied; going down one floor would have solved it. The playground was noisy in the afternoons, kids hitting the steel flight stairs with sticks caused a clatter.

I was looking for a quick city break, and this place fit the bill perfectly, though the welcome wasn’t as warm as I’d hoped.

The hotel is 5 minutes from the tram stop and 5 minutes to the city center by tram. The mattress and pillow are comfortable, and we slept well. Towels were provided. The room has a kettle. In the hallway for four rooms there’s a microwave and a fridge, and there’s cookware. The room matched the photos. Everything was satisfactory.

Location and price. Room 9 had no internet at all, so we couldn’t use the network for the entire stay; it was terrible. We had to go downstairs to use the network. I contacted the host, who told me to go to room 5, but room 5 had a strong odor that didn’t improve even with the windows open. I think the host was aware of this problem.
