The hotel is very cozy, comfortable, and truly authentic! It’s located on one of Samarkand’s atmospheric streets, where you literally feel the city’s spirit and color. It feels like the atmosphere of Samarkand starts right at the hotel’s door. The breakfast was especially delightful—everything was very tasty and high quality. The location is simply wonderful: it’s right next to the main attractions, which is very convenient for walking and exploring the city. I’d like to single out the owners—very friendly, attentive, and hospitable. Their treatment of guests is truly top‑level, making you feel at home. The hotel is very clean, everything is thought out for comfortable living. Only the most pleasant impressions remain. Thank you very much for the wonderful reception and hospitality! We would gladly stay here again.

“Good choice convenient to the major sights.”

The courtyard inside the hotel feels like a quiet family‑owned space, and its location is perfect for walking to the Registan. A pedestrianization plan is in the works, so fewer cars will be around soon. A small shop just two doors down adds extra convenience. Unfortunately, the Wi‑Fi was unreliable and didn’t work well, which was a problem since my eSIMs were also acting up.

The building itself is lovely, and the Registan Square is within walking distance. We stayed in a room for four, which had a bathtub, a refrigerator, and a nearby tiny shop where we could buy beer, all of which were handy. They also did our laundry for us—though they said the fee was “just a gesture” (laughs)—and the service was quick and very good. During the Silver Week, many Japanese guests were around. Breakfast was served, but the selection was limited; other hotels offered more variety and better taste, so it was just okay, but still sufficient.

The interior design of the hotel is very nice, and staying here was a good decision. It’s close to the Registan Square, and Yandex Go even brings you right up to the front of the hotel. The staff were warm and full of service spirit. Breakfast had a wide variety of items, which I really appreciated. The cleaning lady—she had a charming smile—made a great impression.
