I recently had the misfortune of staying at a hotel that utterly failed to meet our expectations. Despite being told they could assist with early check-in, we were denied entry to our room despite it being available. The majority of the rooms had malfunctioning air conditioning, and when we requested technical assistance, we were met with excuses and delays.

I had a great time at this hotel, with friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and delicious food with plenty of variety. The location may not be for everyone, but I found it charming and relaxing, with a short bus ride to the main town. The entertainment options were also a highlight, with activities throughout the day and evening. My only minor complaint was that the mattresses were a bit hard, but overall, I would definitely consider returning.

My stay was a complete letdown - the hotel reeked of sewage and the decor was incredibly outdated. The food was terrible, to the point where I had to eat out every meal. To make matters worse, I saw cats covered in fleas roaming around the hotel, including in the dining areas, which was absolutely unacceptable. Overall, I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's service, which was top-notch. However, the hotel's location is quite far from everything, and it's an old building with some hygiene issues that need to be addressed.
