The location, friendly staff, cleanliness, and everything else were very good. It was a little pricey, though.

The room was okay, but the communication was only in Italian. The address on the booking was wrong, so we had to walk with our luggage to the correct location. The next morning the staff woke us at 08:30 to collect the city tax, which felt intrusive. WhatsApp messages were poorly managed; I don’t want to spend a trip checking my phone every minute for information in a language I don’t speak. The booking should have had accurate details from the start.
