The staff were incredibly pleasant and the room was super comfortable, but there’s no dining facility because they’re renovating the restaurant.

Location. Disappointing Stay — Not What I Expected I was very disappointed with my stay at the Charlottetown Inn & Conference Centre. I booked a king-size room because, after a long trip, all I wanted was a clean, quiet room with a comfortable bed and the chance to sleep in. When I arrived, I was told the king was unavailable and was given two queen beds instead. What made the experience worse was discovering that the hotel is undergoing construction. At 8:00 a.m., I was woken by the sound of a hammer drill working on concrete. For the $200 I paid, that was extremely disappointing. I feel guests should be clearly informed about major construction before booking, not after they've already paid. I also tried to cancel, but was told the deposit was non-refundable because I booked through an app. I understand policies, but I was disappointed that nobody offered any reasonable solution or compensation. Overall, a very disappointing stay. Be sure to ask about construction before booking
