Hotel Pinede

“Hôtel bien situé et calme que nous recommandons....”

The hotel was clean, quiet, well‑located, and the bedding was good. The door on the side was only for hotel use, and there was a generous breakfast ready when we arrived. The owners were very attentive and friendly. I would recommend the hotel. Nothing to complain about; everything seemed perfect and the quality‑price ratio was satisfying.

“Poteva andare meglio se non vi era questo disguido sulla tassa di soggiorno”

I didn’t have breakfast, but the location was good. After repeatedly pointing out that I had already paid the tourist tax at check‑in, I was asked to pay it again. About three days later the hotel wrote that I was right and asked me to send my details so they could refund me. Over a month later I still haven’t received any reimbursement! I’m a Genius level 3, but given how this was handled I don’t plan to use this portal again.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was very outdated.

The reception was of good quality. The bathroom was narrow.

There were noises from moving furniture and people running below, and the room was still under renovation with uninsulated doors and windows and barely finished walls; there was no on‑site dining as advertised, and the view was a messy exterior littered with various objects. In short, it wasn’t worth the price.
