The food here is seriously top-notch, I mean I've had some amazing meals during my stay. The only downside is that there's no option to have breakfast, which is a bit of a letdown considering how great the rest of the dining experience is. Still, the quality of the food makes up for it, and I'd definitely come back for more.

The hotel's water was surprisingly refreshing, which made a big difference in the taste of the food. I think the chef's skills were elevated by the unique flavor of Shimane's tap water. On the other hand, the hotel's old equipment was a bit of a letdown, but it wasn't completely unusable or uncomfortable. In fact, I kind of appreciated the retro vibe of the old toilets at the rest stops and museums nearby.

The hotel's location was a real highlight - it offered stunning views of the surrounding area, making it a great spot to relax and unwind. However, the cleanliness of the room was a bit of a letdown, with some areas not being thoroughly cleaned. Despite this, the staff were friendly and helpful, which made up for some of the issues. The views from the room were definitely worth putting up with a bit of a mess.
