“DIRTY TOWELS”

We stayed for a week, and for two days we never received fresh towels. The phone number had changed, but no one told us. Calls went unanswered, and when we rang the bell at the office, nobody responded. The first time, we used a towel to clean up a spill on the floor, so it couldn’t be used again that night. The second time, we had to walk down a second time to get a response at the office. We were very dissatisfied; the only reply from the owners was, “oh, so sorry.”

“Did the job”

Both bedroom covers were stained, and there were leftover plastic utensils in the closet, making the place feel unclean. The stained covers on the beds were the main issue.

“Barely a place to lay you're head.”

They gave us a place to sleep, and the room was somewhat clean. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, so we had to buy air freshener from a store to make it tolerable. When we turned the water on, the shower faucet fell out. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, the pillows were very small, and both comforters had cigarette burns. Cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling and dust on the lights indicated the place hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The alarm clock didn’t show the time or work at all, and the outlet behind the TV had no cover plate—if my kids touched it, a big lawsuit would be waiting.

The bed was comfortable and the room itself was clean, but the ceiling in our bathroom had mold.
