The food was delicious, the bed was perfect for sleeping, and the pool water was warm. The bathroom was a bit small.

The location was good. I couldn't get hot water from the shower and the safe didn't work.

I’m not happy with the service and the charge because Booking applied a fee to my card without the CVV, and when I arrived the hotel charged me again for the rooms. I asked for an explanation of the double charge and also noted that the nightly rate had risen by more than $600.00 Mexican pesos, which makes it pointless to book through Booking. I’m very upset and demand a refund of the $2,750.00 Mexican pesos that Booking charged.
