Suzanne was really helpful – thank you for all the extras you provided! It really made my niece’s birthday special! Thank you! The pool opening times weren’t what the leaflet said and the man closing it was quite officious.

Parking was barely enough, and there was a strong weed odor right outside the main entrance.

The room was roomy and had every facility we needed. Breakfast was excellent, and we also enjoyed two tasty dinner meals at the restaurant. The staff, especially at reception and in the dining area, were very friendly and helpful.

The room was comfortable and exactly what I expected, but the spa had to cut back on treatments because it was so busy. The phone in the room didn’t work, so I couldn’t call reception when I had a question. Breakfast was mediocre—cold dishes and the condiment pumps were broken. The pool was closed for maintenance when I arrived.

A good hotel in a nice spot. The elevator to the room made a lot of noise. In the restaurant the table was dirty and a glass clearly had been used; this was fixed quickly.
