מקום מושלם !!! סוויטה ענקית האט טאב מפנק במרפסת הכול נקי ונעים . קים מארחת מדהימה שדואגת להכול האכפתיות ובכל שעה הבריכה מפנקת חדר כושר נפלא והכי כיף זה ארוחת הבוקר שמוגשת לחדר בסלסלת פיקניק כל בוקר . לוקשיין מושלם 3 דקות מהים 7 דקות מהטיילת אחזור בוודאות !!!

The hotel is the most perfect place in Crete! The staff, the location, the facilities! It’s a shame we didn’t get more days there. Great value for the price.

Stylish apartments, own parking, pleasant managers! Comfortable soft beds, a large 90‑square‑meter room, two showers, two toilets! Beautiful grounds! Upon arrival we were very disappointed; the apartments were poorly cleaned, kitchenware, microwave, oven were dirty and greasy! The toilet had a broken lid that should have been replaced! Now the pools, whether shared or private, are cold, depths 1.70 and 1.80! Children without adult supervision find it hard; over 6 days the pool was removed once and only when we voiced complaints! Breakfast is something else entirely! They just do nothing, half the breakfast we just threw into the bin! Breakfast is brought in a box, food packaged in plastic containers! If you don’t have a car, walking in the area is pointless, you have to keep driving, the nearest beaches are rocky! We liked the sandy beach 10 km away, so keep that in mind—without a car there’s nothing to do! Room cleaning is very weak! Be prepared that the airport is nearby and planes fly overhead, so if you like silence you won’t get it! The sea view is there, but it’s far away, and around the hotel the view is sad.

The accommodation was very beautiful, calm and clean with modern facilities. The staff were also very responsive. The views were great, especially from the main pool area. We also got a very warm welcome because it was our honeymoon. We will definitely return. You are provided a breakfast menu and you are required to tick the options you want. Some of the things we ticked were never provided until the last day of our stay. It was a minor inconvenience

The place itself is excellent, though not very close to the sea. The service is great; we had an issue with the air conditioning—they claimed they fixed it, but they actually didn't. Breakfast is decent and is served in the room. There is a private pool, but heating the water costs extra—and it’s not cheap: 35 euros. It’s a good place, but the service needs to improve
