The staff and the food were the highlight, fantastic. Spa was also exceptional. The location is great for access to the beach front restaurants and for any onward travel around the island. For the price paid, the room was extremely disappointing. The Air conditioning really struggled, most nights were rather uncomfortable. In the particular room we stayed in, I had no bedside table, which for 4,1000.00€ a week is shocking. The cupboards are in a ridiculous position, and extremely difficult to open. The shower temperature was awful, it would fluctuate between lava and ice cold no matter what setting you had it on. Sadly the housekeeping was also disappointing, generally the sign to request room to be cleaned (whilst we were out for hours) was ignored and subsequently receive a knock at the door asking if we want cleaning whilst we try and enjoy the room and relax. All the above points are easily rectifiable, it’s a shame they occurred in the first place considering the price we paid
