We had booked an accessible room because my husband uses a wheelchair, but the lift had been out of service for a week and we were told no stairs would work, and we were never informed about the lift issue despite requesting that room type; the gentleman at reception was apologetic and helped us find another hotel.

The room was clean and reasonably quiet, but the advertised lift was out of order, the gym was inaccessible, parking could only be reached from the street behind the building into a lane with no signage, and there were no windows or city views as advertised.
