I stayed at the glamping site and the tents were well equipped; checking in and out was quick and easy, the beds were comfortable and the duvets kept me warm, plus they even had a heater. Even though it’s close to a motorway, it was quiet at night and I hardly heard anything. The bus stop is about a 20‑minute walk, which made it convenient to reach Leiden Central. The only downside is the remote location – you need a bike or car to get around, and the nearest supermarket is a 30‑minute walk away.

The store is large and very well located, in a rural and quiet area. There is no microwave, and the highway can be heard quite loudly at night.

“Stupendo!”

The Safari Lodge is a fantastic glamping spot! Our cabin was super comfortable, the beds were incredibly cozy, the kitchen was welcoming, and eating out on the veranda or relaxing on the outdoor sofa was truly priceless! There are also plenty of bike paths that start right from the campsite, and you can take lovely walks along the canals. Highly recommended!

The tents are huge, the bedding is plentiful, there’s heating, and the proximity to the canal for watching boats is great, as well as being close to all the viewpoints.

It was clean and well furnished. The beds were cramped and there was little space to move around.
