The view and proximity to the beach were outstanding. We had a spacious, clean room and enjoyed the location and the lovely sea‑view terrace. It was convenient to prepare breakfast (coffee mugs provided) and heat meals in the microwave, and we could easily walk to the center of Finale Ligure along the boardwalk by San Donato Bay near the Aurelia, so we didn’t need a car! Our dog was warmly welcomed—thanks Giuseppina—and we’ll be back soon. The only drawback is that parking is convenient in Liguria, but exiting the courtyard directly onto the Aurelia is difficult; this is not the owner’s fault but the municipality’s, which should improve signage.

The building sits right in front of the beach, both free and with bathrooms, and the patio is gorgeous and welcoming. The room is perfect for a couple of days, with air‑conditioning and all the essentials. Giuseppina was always helpful and friendly! The only downside is the traffic from the Aurelia, but the room is well sound‑proofed.

The location was unique! The room was very well sound‑proofed, and the street was silent at night. The outdoor area was spacious and beautifully designed, and the sea view with the evening waves was wonderful. We enjoyed our time in the SEAHORSEROOM. The refrigerator cooled well but was a bit too small. Since there is no breakfast, you need to refrigerate both drinks and food; a toaster or similar would also be nice. If you stay for two weeks, there is little space for clothes and luggage.
The view is great. The bed feels very cheap.
