“Fake advert - real location was in the red light district”
We never met them in person, but they were responsive on WhatsApp. We booked an apartment with Maison de Paix based on the advertised details; shortly after booking, they messaged us on WhatsApp and told us to go somewhere else because the place we booked was not available. Since it was late and we had no other options, we had to accept. The new place turned out to be in the middle of the Japanese Le Thanh Ton red‑light district, which we of course didn’t know. Certainly not “quite” what we were promised. We paid them as agreed but they reported us as not having shown up. We really hope this will be addressed because trust is crucial for the platform. In the meantime, just skip this one and go somewhere else.
