“比上不足，比下有余”

The hotel sits in a great spot near the glacier, but the breakfast was mediocre, missing vegetable salad and milk or soy milk hot drinks, and the grilled Australian fish at dinner wasn’t cooked through. Staff at every station were diligent and friendly. The main road outside needs urgent repairs, the courtyard plants are severely lacking, many international cards don’t work for on‑site payments, and the shower water is just a touch above body temperature with limited flow.

If you’re on the fence, just book it—staying at Hotel Lago Grey in Natales is one of the best choices we’ve made. Waking up next to the park feels unforgettable, and the breakfast is top‑notch. The rooms look like they jumped straight out of a painting—absolutely gorgeous.

“Excelente hotel con ubicación maravillosa”

The place was amazing, especially with staff like Aron Marcello who made everything worth it. Everyone else was friendly and the tour service was solid. A few waiters slipped up, and after a few days the breakfast options felt a bit limited, but that’s understandable given the distance.

The hotel sits in an incredible spot, the staff are super friendly, and the restaurant is good. Since most guests are there to hit the park, it would help to have more gear for trekking—like a small snack bar or a water bottle station.
