We had an amazing experience at this hotel, thanks to the fantastic staff. Mr. Srikant, the General Manager, welcomed us with a warm smile and helped us with an early check-in. Ms. Reshma at the front desk was incredibly kind and provided us with a great room, complete with clean linens, toiletries, and a Wi-Fi password. Mr. Prasad in housekeeping was a lifesaver, explaining how to use the TV, AC, and water kettle, and even offered to help us with anything else we needed. And then there was Mr.

We were really impressed with this hotel - everything we needed was available, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They even went out of their way to get us extra items like a bucket, mug, and iron box. The lady at the reception was particularly cooperative and gave us an early check-in, which was a huge help considering my mom's age. We also appreciated the assistance from Pushpaji in housekeeping.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was marred by some serious issues. The bathroom was grossly unclean, the toilet didn't work, and the room itself had a terrible smell. To make matters worse, there was no hot water for drinking, and we had to ask repeatedly for basic services like coffee sachets. The only redeeming feature was its proximity to our area of interest.
