The boutique vibe and spacious room were nice, the place was clean and close to the Opera area and a short walk to the Louvre, but the breakfast was not great and it was hard to find without clear signage.

The location, furnishings, and view from the room on rue de Capucines were good, but the queen suite was huge and the photos made it look like there was a divider from the sofa bed, whereas in reality we all shared the same space; a separate area would have offered more privacy.

The spot was spot‑on and the mattress was comfy. Cleanliness was rough, the shower door insulation was seriously bad, causing the bathroom to flood and a moldy smell. Breakfast cost 27€ per person and you couldn't order anything outside the set menu.
