The surrounding peace was incredible, but the house was very minimal and lacked essential accessories.

The outdoor area and the pool are really beautiful, but the accommodation didn't match the listing photos and turned out to be inadequate. The bathroom was in poor condition and the summer heat made the place unbearable; the ceiling fans and the fan worked, but they couldn't cool the house at all. We also found the owner not very willing to accommodate our needs, treating us differently from other guests. If we could have, we would have looked for another place right from day one. Overall, a negative experience.

The peace, the friendly manager, and the green area around the pool were great, and in half an hour you can reach Baratti beach, the town of San Vincenzo, and the resorts of Suvereto and Campiglia Marittima. The only downside was the missing screens on the windows.
