I recently had a lovely stay at this hotel, where I was able to unwind in a serene and peaceful environment. However, my experience was marred by a frustrating issue with their booking system, which led to an unexpected charge for what I believed was within my allotted time. Despite receiving confirmation via email, I was still billed for the extra hours, leaving me feeling a bit disheartened. Despite this, the tranquility of the hotel made up for the inconvenience.
