After a busy day exploring Patong, it was wonderful to return to such a comfortable room; everything was clean, the facilities were practical and well maintained, and the service remained friendly and professional throughout our stay, so we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is fantastic, but unfortunately, the smell and cleanliness issues really let it down. The place desperately needs a renovation - it's starting to show its age. The staff seemed friendly, but it's hard to overlook the state of the rooms.
