Great accommodation, the owner lady was very nice, you can pour yourself a perfectly chilled beer for 2 euros. The overall impression was slightly marred by a sewer smell coming from the bathroom.

The pool and the tap beer next to it! Good bed and large bathroom! Very good breakfast (included)! And perfect secure parking for my motorbike! It’s close to a big road and railway, a bit noisy!

The pool on site is definitely a plus, especially for kids – a great option for a day of rest. Very clean, the shared kitchen and grill are a nice addition for guests. We chose a room not by the pool but closer to the kitchen – it was quieter there. A great spot to start the Transalpine adventure. We recommend stopping on the way to the Jaskini Kobiet (Peștera Muierii) in Baia de Fier, the Jaskini Polovragi and the local monastery before heading into the mountains ;) The room was small – the bed didn’t allow access to the wardrobe. Still, most of the time we spent outside the room – the common area was large, and the space by the pool was ample, so for just a night's stay it was more than enough.
