I felt very comfortable with my cat, and they met all my needs perfectly.

The rooms are large and spacious. You’re forced to use an app to manage everything at the hotel and they won’t take responsibility for anything that goes wrong via the app. Don’t try to dine in your room or use the spa; the app won’t let you handle it and reception won’t try to help. Get out of there.
