“Slapen in een manege”
It’s great that dogs are allowed. We were mainly looking for a place to stay when we had two days in a row in that part of the country, which was the main thing, but it wasn’t a place to relax for our evening out. The people were friendly, that’s for sure. I agree with other reviews that the photos are very misleading. The photos show the building, but that’s not where you sleep. You sleep in a small building that’s somewhat old-fashioned. You really sleep between the building and the horse pasture where they’re constantly busy, so it feels like you’re in the middle of the arena. The yard is indeed messy and doesn’t invite you to sit outside. Because the four houses were next to each other, another guest kept going back and forth over our terrace (and a window) to the car or something else. Not much privacy. If you’re just looking for logistics to arrange a bed including a dog, it’s fine, but I wouldn’t book a vacation here.
