The place fell short on every expectation and was downright unpleasant. The staff couldn’t make the three nights tolerable. A large gap under the front door let in a lot of dust. The beds were uncomfortable and infested with bugs, and the blankets were so tiny they couldn’t cover an adult. I had to walk a noticeable distance just to reach the kitchen.

The location was spot on and easy to locate, and one of the two beds was clean. However, the room wasn’t cleaned before we arrived; there was pubic hair and stains on the single bed, and it smelled like a mix of human sweat and feet, making it impossible to sleep. The shower was filthy, with old wrappers inside, and I felt dirtier coming out than going in. My wife slept in the one bed, while I ended up sleeping in the car because the bed was unusable. I only stayed Friday night, called on Saturday to cancel, and was not willing to stay again in such a dirty place. The basic steps for handling customer complaints were ignored, and I demand a refund because I didn’t get two nights of sleep due to their negligence. Photos were taken to document the issues.

The Manager was very rude, while the general workers (room service) were sweet; the floor rug was very dirty, there was a strong mouldy and smoke smell in the bedroom, the linen—especially towels—were filthy, and my bin was never emptied during my stay even though I was on my periods.

The location was close to where we needed to be, but the overall stay was only okay; please consider adding a bedsheet to the mattress because sleeping on the mattress protector was very uncomfortable, and I arranged for the gentlemen to have double beds but each was given a single bed, which was disappointing.
