Nothing good. The cleanliness was poor, the staff were rude, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work and I couldn’t even connect, the TV didn’t work, the bedsheet and pillow were dirty, and the washroom door was in very bad condition and wouldn’t shut.

There was nothing to like. The staff were rude, the bedsheet and pillow were dirty, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work and they didn’t give the password, there was no cleaning, and I had to keep calling them for room cleaning. The TV didn’t work; after calling multiple times they finally came to fix it. The room was not the same as shown in the pictures. There was no room service. Worst stay.

I have nothing positive to say about my experience because the service was poor. I booked my stay through an app for about 800 rupees, but when I arrived they charged me 1,300 rupees. There were no facilities—no towels or soap—and I found cockroaches in the room. The corridor had a strong, unpleasant smell. No meals or accommodation were offered for the service, and there was no water bottle.

A good budget stay. The location is convenient with access to all facilities outside the property. Cleanliness was zero. Cockroaches ran all over the place. The mattress was dusty and the sheets and pillows were very dirty.
