It was a very nice hotel, although we chose a room with a view and didn’t get a good view. Still, the place was lovely, the staff were very accommodating and helpful with any needs, the room keepers were also nice, and I liked how close it was to everything in downtown for a good price—I’ll stay here again! No complaints.

The location is great and the front desk staff are helpful, but the whole place feels super dated, the rooms are dirty, housekeeping only comes if you ask (and sometimes not at all), and the AC is unpredictable—once I set it to 71, I woke up freezing because it dropped to 60, and another day I was sweating because it jumped to 80.

It was convenient to be downtown and within walking distance, but there wasn’t enough parking, the building needs remodeling, breakfast wasn’t included, and there was no pool.
