“Mi experiencia en el hotel”
We chose this place because it advertised itself as pet friendly, yet it really isn’t set up for animals. First off, they charge an extra $90.000 per night for a pet, a steep fee for the limited care they provide. My dog was given only a foam pad as a bed and an old towel as a blanket, which feels insufficient for the price. The hotel also lacks any dedicated pet areas, something I’d expect from a place that markets itself as pet friendly and charges so much. On the last day, around 7:30 a.m., we were having breakfast before heading to the airport. I brought my dog and sat at the farthest table from the food area to avoid disturbing anyone, but they asked me to move and placed me at a table in the hallway, which felt awkward and contradictory for a pet‑friendly hotel. Customer service could use improvement; only two staff members were genuinely friendly and attentive, while the rest were noticeably less courteous. The rooms also had a strong damp smell that made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel should rethink its pet‑friendly claim—it’s not enough to just allow pets and charge extra; proper facilities and services are needed.
