First, the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and responded quickly to requests; second, the cleanliness was impeccable both inside the hotel and on its grounds, and the rooms were a separate story of tidiness. We were assigned a sea‑view room, which was fantastic. We were also pleasantly surprised by a gift left in the room while we were on the slopes: a bucket of champagne and a bottle of cold water. The hotel’s location is simply superb, with a gorgeous beach, an amusement park, parks, and the city center nearby.

The facilities and the hotel itself are excellent, and the view of the beautiful sea in front is amazing. What we absolutely disliked was the buffet; we were quite disappointed, honestly, but otherwise it was fine.

Honestly the whole facilities were dirty, the room smelled like sewers and I could see black hair on the bathroom floor when I checked in. When we went for dinner, the food tasted like leftovers thrown together. When I went to the salad bar, the tomatoes were unwashed with soil; when eating breakfast, I saw the man fry the eggs and then reheat them when needed, which made them overcooked and crunchy. Just everything, from the check‑in staff who seemed like graduates who didn't know professionalism, to the disgusting rooms. For the price, it was absolutely not worth it.
