Location, friendly and smiling staff, very clean room.

Absolute quiet and courteous hosts, but the approach road was poor.

I found the sink a bit small, but the shower was lovely.

Breakfast was great, the location was perfect and super quiet, the staff were friendly and open to special requests. The facilities could be improved – toothbrushes were missing and the beds were uncomfortable with poor mattresses.
