There was an elevator, and the staff helped us with our luggage. Breakfast was just average. The staff didn’t speak good English. At breakfast they didn’t serve fried eggs or omelettes, only boiled eggs. The rooms were too cramped for luggage; apart from the bed, there were only 2‑3 feet of space to put luggage and move around.

The location, lobby/ reception, breakfast, and management were all excellent. However, there was no soundproofing, and the room never had its towels changed or cleaned over the four days—strange at least. We asked for towels at reception and they brought them, but why ask for them?

Everything was good and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was basic. The cleaning could have been better.
