The hotel sits a decent hike away from town, which I liked because the balcony gave me a great mountain view and a peaceful vibe. The only downside was that finding food nearby turned into a bit of a trek.

The room was basic but spotless, and Zeca was a genuinely friendly host who took care of us. The place isn’t really within easy walking distance to the village, so that can be a hassle if you plan to go on foot.

The chalet’s view alone made the stay worth it, and the cozy interior plus a relaxed 20‑minute walk to the village were pleasant. Zeca was extremely courteous and attentive, so I’ll definitely be back. I just wish they offered breakfast, though.

The location is right near the town centre and the popular Smoke Trail, making it easy to explore the area. The room itself was very simple, though clean enough for our needs.
