I was really looking forward to a peaceful getaway, and this place delivered on that front - it's tucked away in a stunning natural setting, perfect for escaping the city chaos. However, the experience was marred by some major issues. The rooms are way overpriced, and you'd think they'd at least provide the basics like tea, coffee, and a fridge, but nope. We had to ask for a hot kettle, and even then, it wasn't always available.

The resort's tranquil atmosphere and delicious food were definite highlights, but unfortunately, the hefty price tag and remote location made it feel like a luxury that wasn't quite worth it. The winding road leading up to the resort was a real challenge, especially in the dark, and the room itself was on the smaller side. On the other hand, the peaceful surroundings and excellent cuisine made it a great spot to unwind, even if it was a bit of a trek to get there.
