Staff was nice. Bed, bedding and towels were nice. Liked the balcony and 2 chairs. Unable to check in early. Room was miniscule, apparently smaller than the other hotel rooms. I chairs and tight between bed and desk. Construction was noisy but workers were exceptionally kind. Breakfast was okay, but no hit food at all. Appreciated the A/C. The booking description didn't match, said we would have an extra toilet and dressing room (the space would have been appreciated) and would be charged for bedding and towels (we weren"t). I pointed out the discrepancy to the front desk and manager

The location is quiet, and the breakfast is very good and plentiful.

The balcony was great, but there was no bathtub stopper, so I couldn’t take a bath.
