“CASA AGUDÍN, nuestro nuevo destino favorito en zona Cangas de Narcea.”
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10. One of those houses you know you’ll return to. We spent 4 days at Casa Agudín in Berguño (Cangas del Narcea) and the experience was simply spectacular. The location, surroundings and natural scenery are wonderful. It’s a place where you seek peace and find exactly that: nature, silence, calm and a beautiful setting. A spot to forget noise, hurry and just enjoy. The house itself is worth a visit. It’s a traditional Asturian house, full of charm, well‑equipped and cared for. The rooms are complete, comfortable and very cozy, each with its own bathroom. I especially want to highlight the shower: great water pressure and perfect temperature, a detail that feels minor until you notice it after a day of hiking. What makes Casa Agudín special is the hospitality. The house is run by Mari and her son José Antonio, and from the moment we arrived they made us feel at home. Close, familiar, calm, attentive and diligent, yet never intrusive. Nice people. They turn a stay from just accommodation into an experience. And the breakfasts… they deserve a special mention. 😄 The breakfasts were varied, homemade and very complete: orange juice, coffee, milk with Cola Cao or tea; toast with freshly baked bread from a traditional bakery; garden tomatoes; butter, jam; homemade cake or sponge cake; omelette… and each day there was a different surprise. One day, fried eggs from their own chickens, plus everything else. Another day, homemade churros. You sit down to breakfast and leave almost ready to conquer all of Asturias. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer.
