Check‑in was easy and the location was good. The bathroom was tiny and the shower was cold, which was challenging because it was a cold, rainy day. The electric shower wouldn’t heat and kept shutting off several times during the shower. There was also damage to the roof over the breakfast hall, causing part of the area to flood.

Covered parking and a good location, clean rooms. The breakfast, however, didn’t offer many items for the price of the room, so that could be improved.

The service was excellent! The accommodation was comfortable, clean, with a good bed, fragrant linens and towels, a great shower, a varied and fresh breakfast, and the parking was fine.

One of the breakfast staff was very friendly, and two of the reception attendants were pleasant; they even provided cups, pumps, and herbs for making chimarrão at the front desk. On Sunday I was told there would be no room cleaning, yet the staff sometimes cleaned when we returned that afternoon. The bathroom trash bin in a room meant for three people was laughably small. Both street‑side gates to the hotel were locked when we arrived on Sunday night. The guest bathroom in the hallway was being used by hotel employees, reducing its availability. The entrance doors and the door to the reception weren’t automatic, which was a hassle with luggage. Having a TV constantly on during breakfast was annoying for anyone trying to relax.
