The hotel was absolutely horrible! Everything! We checked in, saw the room, asked for a refund, left, and went to a different hotel—it was so bad and horrible!

The rooms look nice and the TV is a good size. However, there’s no coffee pot in the rooms, no streaming services, and the “spa‑like” bathroom description is misleading because there’s no jacuzzi tub.

The location is fine. The bathroom was dirty, everything was rusty, the room had a very bad smell, and the AC didn’t work well.
