The location was perfect for my needs, the facility was clean with new staff compared to a previous visit, they were prepared and available, the night was restful and quiet, and the price‑quality‑service ratio was excellent; I will definitely return, maybe for a holiday.

We were already greeted in the evening, the staff were very friendly, and the room came with a balcony and a shared kitchen. The bathroom, however, smelled awful coming from the drain, and a room fragrance could help.

It was my second visit to Refugio Encantado, and I love it; the room is spacious, now equipped with a refrigerator and hot water in every room. The owner welcomed me warmly, making me feel at home, and her place is spotless and well organized. Refugio Encantado is a lovely small family hotel, ideal for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and genuine hospitality, and I highly recommend it.
