“Pro's and Con's”

The location is very convenient for me as I visit family in the area and the hotel is 10 minutes from my family; the staff are very helpful and courteous, but I don’t like that after paying in full online I still had a $100.00 hold on my card that was told would be released after checking out, and it’s been 24 hrs still waiting for the funds to be released.

Large comfy beds. Choices in pillows. Clean and easy to book and pay in advance. No coffee pot or cups at all in the room. A bit pricey to stay sleep, shower and leave

The staff was great. The computers were down when we wanted to check in, but the staff were so accommodating that everything went so well. The housekeeping staff was excellent. The location was within a couple miles of where we needed to be. Great hotel. We liked everything.

“Wonderful and staff that go the extra mile with a smile.”

Cooper (staff member) went the extra mile for us on 2 different occasions. He was very friendly, prompt, and accommodating. He went out of his way to serve. Other staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and modern. We would definitely return!. Information on this hotel said there was a hot tub which we really wanted to enjoy. There was no hot tub. Update on services is needed. Our room sleeps 4 but there was only 1 chair in the room with space for more seating. Another chair was brought to us at our request
