The place was the only thing that was clean. There was no hot tub, parking was extremely limited, and you were charged for it. The reception staff were very rude and not polite at all, which made my day miserable. I paid to stay there and expected to be treated with respect, but I was not satisfied at all.

The room was gorgeous, and the food and drink vouchers were a nice touch. But there were no towels in the room, and I had to walk all the way to the front desk to get them. The videos you posted need a rethink. Everything had to be paid for, including parking, which was a real annoyance because the parking spots were scarce and you’d have to cross the street to find one. It was ridiculous.

Breakfast was amazing, the pool was nice, and the staff were all helpful with everything I asked. The elevator noises sounded scary, and the parking lot was small—you had to fight for a good spot.
