The location is more than strategic, perfect! The room was very spacious, spotless, tidy, and quiet despite being in the heart of the historic center. The host, Lucie, was impeccable.

The place is centrally located, yet the entrance was awful, hard to navigate with luggage, and there was no TV or air conditioning.

The spot was spot on, but hauling bags up and down three floors without an elevator was a hassle.

The hotel sits right in the heart of Prague and the room was nice, but every time I tried to contact the host I couldn't find them; it took hours to get a reply, and when I checked out I needed someone to help me with my suitcases because I'm 65, and the host only responded two hours after I had left.

It’s in a great spot near all the tourist sights, just a few steps from Charles Bridge, but the stairs for carrying luggage were a pain.
