This place is a true powerhouse, surrounded by orange, lemon, pomegranate, avocado, fig, and olive trees. Salvador tends the garden with affection and an eye for nature’s beauty. Flowers bloom along every roadside, making a stroll there a pure delight and a chance to slow down. The traditional Sicilian houses give a very cozy home‑like feel, everything is available in the house, even hats and binoculars hang on the wall. At the reception a lovely bouquet of roses greeted us on the kitchen table! We truly felt at home. The terrace offers a fantastic view: one side the Etna, the other the sea, absolutely fantastic! I enjoyed the large lawn with the pool – it’s set up like a small park, all quiet with a view of the Etna. There is also a big tennis court and a ping‑pong table. The highlight is the host Salvador, an extraordinary personality who visits every day with a bread service – you really feel like a guest, not a tourist! He’s always ready to help if you have questions. You learn something crucial from him – the moment of encounter is the most important thing in life! We left enriched, not only because of the dreamlike natural setting but also thanks to the encounters with a lovable Sicilian who created a little garden Eden.
