Everything else worked fine and the staff were helpful, and the bed was comfortable, but the room wasn’t cleaned when I asked, the water and wash items weren’t replaced daily, and the internet on the first floor was poor.

The room and bathroom were pretty neat with basic amenities. The shower head didn’t work well.

Breakfast was tasty and the spread was good; even the in‑room dining experience was fine, and they let us bring outside food, which was a bonus. Plenty of parking was a plus. We arrived two hours early and the staff charged extra for early check‑in. Even though the room was available, they didn’t give it to us. Only after several requests did they hand over the room after an hour’s wait.
