“Buen hotel”
I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location and the exceptional hospitality of the staff. The hotel's proximity to various attractions made it an ideal choice for me, and the staff's warm welcome made me feel right at home.

I appreciated the hotel's secluded location away from the center of Montañita, but I was disappointed with the bathroom's lack of curtains, which made it difficult to maintain privacy. The bathroom itself was also not as clean as I would have liked, and the shower could use some improvement. Furthermore, the hotel's small size made it seem like a pet-friendly policy would be a bad idea, as the smell of dog waste was overpowering and owners didn't seem to clean up after their pets.
Although the hotel's location is a bit far from the city's noise, it's a trade-off for the somewhat neglected wild plants in the garden, which could use a refresh. Additionally, the hot tub was disappointingly cold, and the bathroom door didn't stay closed properly. I would suggest the hotel conduct a general maintenance check to address these issues.
The hotel's lush green areas were a highlight of my stay, but unfortunately, the bathroom and hot tub were a letdown, especially with the hot tub being freezing cold.
