Good breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms, and the entire staff is EXCELLENT! Congratulations on having such cordial people. The pool is very small.

The location was great, but the water was not cool or cold—it was hot, and the days were hot and humid.

The location was excellent, making it easy to get anywhere, but that didn’t make up for the hassles we endured. On arrival the air‑conditioning didn’t work anywhere in the hotel, and that night the unit in our room failed; we were told to wait until the next day and suffered the heat. In the following days it cooled somewhat but was noisy, and we were told that was normal. By the third day we were forced to change rooms at noon because of an electrical cable fault, something we think could have been fixed earlier to avoid the climate and power issues, yet the staff always claimed there was nothing they could do.
