There was no breakfast, and the sheets were never changed.

The rooms felt spacious, but during our consecutive nights they never changed the sheets or towels and there was no breakfast, which makes a ¥10,000 per night rate hard to justify.

Nothing good, because we weren’t even checked in. We booked for 8 people, 3 rooms with two double beds each, but when we arrived the rooms were already occupied! They offered us 4 single rooms, which wasn’t equivalent, especially since we came late with kids and could have been left outside. Fortunately there were free rooms at another hotel on Booking, so don’t book here— you might end up without a room! Disgusting!
