I was told there was no room available even though I had booked, and the staff didn't explain why; the service and attention were poor.

The location was good and the woman who greeted us upon arrival was friendly. The room was dirty on the floor and it felt cramped.

It’s well located and quiet. The shower didn’t have good water pressure, the towels were stiff and stained.
