The rooms look nice and the reception lady is helpful, but the bedsheets feel rough and the bed covers are uncomfortable; towels weren't provided to the guest.

The room was big and clean, but the listing promised Wi‑Fi, a kettle, a hairdryer, towels, and slippers, none of which were actually in the room, which was very disappointing and needs to be addressed by management.
