“Correct et pratique”
The hostel is located in a pleasant part of Bichkek. The place is quiet and clean. We booked a mixed dormitory for two people (a couple) in a four‑person room, but on arrival we were told that the dorms are actually separated by gender. The lack of air conditioning in the dorm (and we were lucky to have a windowed dorm, while some others had none…) with six people in the middle of summer is not pleasant.
The staff were friendly and exchanged good information with customers. Good. The window on the first floor was open and the outside was noisy.
I loved the climate, but the receptionist and her Russian boyfriend were shouting morning and night and making child‑like noises—really irritating teenagers.
The location is convenient; I found everything I needed: banks, food, shops. This place is very welcoming and cozy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I also enjoyed the clean rooms and bedsheets – everything was 10/10, highly recommend 👍
There were no quiet hours. We were woken up at midnight, at 2 am, and at 5 am.
